Program Managers
Highly seasoned professionals with extensive project and program management experience. They are well-versed in project management methodologies and have extensive experience in Portfolio Management. Our Program Managers have the interpersonal and communication skills required to coach and mentor project managers. They are experts in risk analysis and project monitoring and control. To achieve consistent project success, our Program Managers partner with management executives and provide constructive and objective recommendations on ways to improve the project management environment.
Project Managers
Vary in experience levels, however typically have over 6 years of experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control and project reporting. Our IT Project Managers have expensive experience in applying the Software/System Development Life Cycle as well as the Project Management methodology. However, because they are PMO certified, they are also extremely successful in implementing non IT related projects.
Project Coordinators
Typically have over 10 years of project management experience, overseeing a wide variety of projects across various industries and business functions. They and are well-versed in managing a diverse array of IT projects including systems development, infrastructure deployment, commercial software product development and third-party package implementation. They are skilled in the systems development life cycle (SDLC). They assist Project Managers in developing and implementing approaches that are tailored to fit unique projects and technical environments.
Business Analysts
Vary in experience levels and expertise; however our Business Analysts typically have over 10 years of experience working among the business community. To assure successful implementation, our BA’s provide dedicated project leadership to business initiatives, using the Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies. They understand business problems and opportunities and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The Business Requirements (BR) and Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents are thorough. If the client does not already have standard BR and FDS document templates, we bring in our own which have been proven effective. Our BA’s have domain knowledge specific to client needs and skills in the following: business processes, UML, process flows, Use Cases, interview skills, workshop facilitation, SDLC, PMM and Visio.
Our BA’s have strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and negotiation skills.
Testing Coordinators
Our Test Coordinators are more than heads down testers - in fact, they do very little actual testing - their main tasks are consulting with customers to plan the test effort, coordinating and monitoring the testing as it is being done, and coordinating with the project team in resolving defects that are found in testing.
We collect and analyze Business Requirements and Functional Design Specifications, develop and execute formal test plans and techniques to ensure delivery of quality software applications and make recommendations to clients on how to improve operational workflows.
