Acknowledging this factor exists, and wanting to demonstrate that we are true partners with our clients, Dew IT Services offer our clients a 14 Day Guarantee on our PM and BA resources.

The 14 Day Guarantee allows our clients the luxury to validate the correct resource was, indeed, selected. If a request to replace the resource occurs during the guarantee time frame, all associated fees will be waived on our client’s behalf, if the client allows us to search and find the correct replacement.

(Please note the 14 day guarantee applies only to contract work only, a separate agreement exists for project teams and permanent placements.)
